How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We respond to every enquiry within one business day, Monday to Friday. WhatsApp tends to be the fastest channel for short questions.

I am not sure which programme is right for me. What should I do?

Send a general enquiry through the form or WhatsApp us. Our team will ask a few questions to understand where you are and route you to the right path, whether that is NLP training, private diagnostics or something else.

Do you work with people outside Nigeria?

Yes. We work with diaspora Nigerians and Africans through online programmes and private coaching. For in-person training and certification, you will need to travel to Lagos, Abuja or Jos depending on the cohort.

Can my organisation book Innocent Usar to speak or facilitate?

Yes. Choose "Speaking or Facilitation" in the enquiry form and share details about your event, audience and date. We will follow up with availability and a proposal.

How do I book private diagnostics?

Private diagnostics begin with an enquiry. Choose "Private Coaching and Diagnostics" in the form. Our team will share fees, available dates and a short pre-session form to complete before we meet.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (GTBank), Paystack and major debit cards. Specific instructions are shared once you are matched with the right programme or session.
